Utility Revenue Decoupling: What it is and isn't, how it can affect a utility's perspective on CHP

This policy can have significant impact on a utility's perspective on CHP as well as energy efficiency. Hear from representatives of the Regulatory Assistance Project and Pace University/Northeast Combined Heat and Power Initiative as they share information on decoupling, what states are doing, and how it relates to CHP, and distill the critical information you need to know to engage on this important topic. There also will be time for Q&A with the speakers.
